Kids First Swim School Midlothian is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated leader to join our management team!
We are currently hiring for multiple positions. The level of the position will be based on experience, leadership skills, and overall fit.
What You’ll Do
As part of our management team, you will help create a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for our swimmers, families, and staff. Responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting a team of swim instructors, lifeguards, and front desk staff
- Overseeing daily pool and facility operations
- Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with families
- Staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe facility
- Ensuring safety policies and procedures are consistently followed
- Assisting with enrollment, customer accounts, and daily administrative tasks
- Helping manage swim lessons, events, and other programs
- Addressing parent and staff concerns professionally and effectively
- Supporting the growth and success of the swim school
- Stepping in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

Previous management, leadership, aquatics, childcare, or customer service experience is a plus!
