We’re growing and looking for driven sales reps who want to own their pipeline, control their income, and be part of a high-performance team.
The Role
This is an in-home sales role where you’ll run estimates, build trust with homeowners, and close painting projects.
This is not a passive role. You’ll be expected to generate your own opportunities in addition to running company-provided leads.
What You’ll Do
- Run in-home estimates and close residential/commercial painting jobs
- Build accurate scopes and pricing that hit margin targets
- Generate your own leads weekly (referrals, networking, neighborhood activity, etc.)
- Manage your pipeline and daily activity
- Follow a structured sales process (pre-bid estimate follow-up close)
- Write and present proposals to homeowners
- Maintain CRM and job documentation
- Communicate with clients and internal team
- Attend weekly Goal Alignment Meetings (GAMs) and team meetings
What Success Looks Like
- Hitting sales targets (~$1.5M annually)
- Maintaining strong close rates (~45–50%)
- Generating consistent self-produced opportunities
- Staying organized and following up at a high level
- Owning your results and improving weekly

Qualifications
- 1+ year of sales experience (in-home sales preferred)
- Experience using CRM software (preferred)
- Proven ability to self-generate leads (preferred)
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Self-driven and accountable
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Base salary
- Uncapped commission (paid monthly)
