Duties
- Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service delivery, and cleanliness standards
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to maintain a cohesive and high-performing team
- Monitor shift performance, ensure customer satisfaction by engaging with guests, addressing feedback, and resolving complaints swiftly
- Utilize POS system (Clover) for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting
- Identify areas to cut waste, monitor inventory, and optimize operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper handling procedures
Skills
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader in the food & beverage industry
- Excellent managerial communication and conflict management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficient in POS systems, experienced with cash handling and basic math skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Good understanding of food safety management, food handling procedures, and health regulations
- Ability to manage labor cost, and perform food industry-related tasks such as catering or banquet experience

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
