Responsibilities
- Evaluate, onboard, and build long-term partnerships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs).
- Negotiate contracts and service pricing with DSPs to ensure cost-effective and high-quality delivery services.
- Provide daily operational support to DSPs, addressing operational issues and ensuring smooth delivery processes.
- Monitor package deliveries to ensure accurate tracking and on-time performance.
- Resolve delivery-related issues promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Analyze operational metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure DSPs comply with company policies, contractual agreements, and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute delivery strategies.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (Required), Spanish Preferred.
- Experience in logistics operations, vendor management, transportation, supply chain, or a related field.
- Experience working with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with logistics systems and transportation operations is preferred.
- Educational background in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
