Overview
Join our construction team as a Siding Installer or Siding cut guy. We value motivated individuals that can show up on time every day and work hard. This is year round work, all brand new houses, majority of them in post falls, all of them are fiber cement. We don't have any slow periods. Must be able to work in the summer heat and winter chill! Tools are supplied but you will need tool bags with basic tools in it. The quicker houses get done will qualify for pay raises. Cash bonuses for excellent work. Pay is bi-weekly. Duties
- Measure, cut, and install siding materials including fiber cement and wood, with accuracy and efficiency
- Read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure proper installation aligned with project specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and scaffolding safely to complete siding projects on time
Qualifications
- Experience in siding installation or related construction roles with knowledge of construction site procedures
- Familiarity with various construction tools including hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment and ladders
- Strong understanding of safety protocols related to construction sites and working at heights
- Experience with quality control standards
- Additional skills in roofing, framing carpentry, and flooring are a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
