Bigfoot Management is searching for a tenacious, customer service focused individual to add to our growing team. A person that would excel in this position is: logistically minded, decisive, responsive, and a team player. Understanding of construction processes/handywork is a major plus.
The Maintenance Coordinator is an on-site (and sometimes mobile) full-time staff member that ensures all maintenance requests are completed in a through, timely, and efficient manner. Daily work includes (but not limited to): recieving requests from tenants, property owners, and Bigfoot team members and sort according to priority and location. Taking and making phone calls and updating notes in our work order system is necessary, as well as following up with vendors and tenants to ensure satisfaction.
This is a fast-paced active position that involves managing multiple tasks while keeping consistent and clear communication.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making and receiving calls throughout the day
- Highly organized and able to manage many open tasks at once
- Professional, calm, and service-oriented
- Basic understanding of maintenance, repairs, scheduling, vendors, or property management
- Ability to work in person at our Helena office
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel locally as needed
- Comfortable using computers, email, calendars, spreadsheets, and web-based software
- Willingness to learn AppFolio, QuickBooks Workforce, RentCheck, and other company systems

Physical Requirements
This is not a maintenance technician position, but occasional light field support may be needed. Applicants should be able to walk properties, climb stairs, take photos, post notices, carry small items, and occasionally assist with light operational tasks.
