Magnolia Dental at Canal Winchester is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice. This role is well suited for a hygienist who values high-quality patient care, efficiency, and professional growth, and who appreciates a compensation structure that recognizes both consistency and performance.
Our compensation model is designed to provide stability while offering meaningful earning potential. Hygienists receive a guaranteed base hourly rate, with the opportunity to earn 28% of hygiene production when it exceeds the base. This structure is designed to allow hygienists who are aligned with our productivity and care model to benefit directly from their clinical skill, efficiency, and patient engagement, while maintaining the security of a guaranteed base. Based on this model, effective earning potential typically ranges from $52–$70 per hour, tied directly to productivity.
We believe clear expectations support long-term success. Full-time hygienists are expected to maintain productivity consistent with a busy, established practice while delivering excellent preventive and periodontal care. Assisted versus unassisted hygiene varies by office and will be clearly discussed during the interview process to ensure alignment.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive hygiene services, including preventive and periodontal care, take and review digital X-rays, educate patients on oral health and disease prevention, and document care accurately using dental software. You will work with an established patient base in a modern practice environment that values teamwork, professionalism, and patient experience.
Qualified candidates must hold an active Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist license. Local anesthesia and nitrous oxide certification are preferred. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and comfort with modern dental technology are important for success in this role.
