The Opportunity
You will play a vital role in executing diverse commercial construction projects. Collaborating with a supportive team, you will drive project efficiency by managing key operational documentation and workflows. How You Will Make an Impact

Coordinate project tasks, planning workflows and implementing procedures to maintain strict compliance.
- Manage the Request for Information (RFI) and submittal processes to ensure prompt subcontractor updates.
- Track project financials, including cost tracking, invoice coding, and review processes based on project scope.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, posting drawing revisions and preparing as-built files.
- Monitor contract logs and insurance compliance before allowing subcontractors on-site access.
- Conduct regular site visits to document physical progress, capture photos, and verify deficiency logs.
Required Qualifications & Experience

High School Diploma or GED.
- Proven experience managing multiple structural or construction tracking tasks simultaneously.
- Strong proficiency in reading construction documents, blueprints, and project specifications.
- Familiarity with Procore software, or similar software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with contractors, clients, and internal teams.
- Absolute willingness to travel up to 20% to various project assignments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience

High level of proficiency with Procore project management software.
- Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in construction or project management.
- Demonstrated experience working on wood frame multi-family structural projects.
- Valid OSHA 10 certification or equivalent safety training.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related construction field.
