Overview
Clinical Sports & Orthopedic Massage Therapist
Perform.Recover.Repeat LLC is looking for an exceptional Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping people move better, recover faster, and live pain-free.
We are not a spa.
We are a performance recovery studio specializing in therapeutic massage, assisted stretching, and localized cryotherapy for athletes, active adults, and individuals recovering from injury or chronic pain.
Our mission is to become the premier destination for performance, recovery, longevity, and injury prevention in the Houston area.
If you're excited by anatomy, movement, problem-solving, and helping clients achieve long-term results, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Perform customized therapeutic massage sessions focused on pain relief and functional movement.
- Conduct basic movement and range-of-motion assessments before treatment.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's goals.
- Educate clients on recovery, mobility, stretching, hydration, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with the PRR team to provide exceptional client care.
- Maintain accurate SOAP notes and treatment documentation.
- Uphold a professional, compassionate, and growth-minded environment.

We're looking for someone who:
- Is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Texas.
- Has experience or a strong interest in sports massage, orthopedic massage, medical massage, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, or assisted stretching.
- Enjoys solving problems rather than simply providing relaxation massage.
- Loves learning anatomy and continually improving their skills.
- Communicates professionally with clients.
- Works well independently while contributing to a team culture.
- Is dependable, coachable, and committed to excellence.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:

- Corrective Exercise
- Kinesiology Taping
- Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM)
- Cupping Therapy

- Working alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, or sports medicine providers
What Makes PRR Different
At Perform.Recover.Repeat, we don't believe in cookie-cutter massages.
Every session begins with understanding the client's goals and identifying why they're experiencing pain or movement restrictions. Our treatments focus on restoring function, improving mobility, reducing pain, and helping clients perform at their best.
You'll work with athletes, active adults, weekend warriors, and clients who simply want to move and feel better from young and old.
We are building a culture centered around clinical excellence, lifelong learning, and exceptional client care.
What We Offer
- Competitive commission-based compensation
- Established client demand
- Flexible scheduling
- Professional, supportive work environment
- Ongoing mentorship and training in the PRR treatment philosophy
- Opportunity for long-term career growth as the business expands

This Position Is NOT For You If...
- You're only interested in relaxation or spa massage.
