Coordinates and supervises personnel and contractors to ensure that maintenance activities on production and facilities equipment are planned, scheduled and executed on schedule and within budget. Responsible for assisting with facility projects (as assigned). The candidate for this role will work with latitude and minimal oversight to ensure that effective decisions are made related to the execution of maintenance activities (scheduled and unscheduled).

Boiler Systems
Cooling Tower Systems
Air Handlers
Air Conditioning Systems
Compressed Air Systems
Reverse Osmosis Water Systems
Water Treatment Systems
Chilled Water Systems
Effluent Water Systems
Fire Protection Systems
Potable and Service Water Systems
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Plant Senior Leadership
Engineers, Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Planners
Contractors/Vendors
Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Degree required. Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on facilities technical experience.
Minimum of 3 Years of supervisory experience preferred
Project management experience preferred
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Able to work both independently and within a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be flexible, innovative and comfortable in setting priorities
Strong organization and planning skills
