We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Licensed Acupuncturist to join our growing team. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or a recent graduate, we provide a supportive environment to help you build a successful long-term career.
What You'll Do
- Provide comprehensive acupuncture treatments tailored to each patient's individual needs
- Develop personalized treatment plans and educate patients on their care
- Build strong relationships with patients and encourage treatment compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers in an integrated clinical setting
- Deliver outstanding patient care with professionalism and compassion
QualificationsRequired
- Passed the NCCAOM examinations and eligible for Virginia Acupuncture Licensure
- Fluent in English. Chinese language is Preferred.
- Passionate about patient care with excellent communication skills
- Reliable, professional, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude
Preferred
- Graduated from a TCM university in China
- Previous clinical experience is a plus
New graduates preparing for the Virginia licensing process are encouraged to apply. We provide mentorship, and board exam preparation support during the training period.

- Competitive salary: $50,000–$80,000 per year or commission-based compensation
