Hormona Vida is a fast-growing, fully remote functional medicine practice dedicated to helping women optimize their health through Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), longevity protocols, and medical weight loss. We're a hybrid private-pay and insurance-billing practice, and we're looking for a Medical Director to provide clinical oversight and help shape the future of women's hormone health.
This is a supervisory, non-clinical role, you won't be seeing patients directly. Instead, you'll ensure our midlevel providers deliver safe, evidence-based, high-quality care across our growing telehealth platform.
What You'll Do
- Provide expert medical oversight and chart review for nurse practitioners and physician assistants
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of functional medicine and primary care professionals
- Establish and maintain clinical protocols that meet the highest medical and regulatory standards
- Serve as the physician of record supporting our Florida and California operations
- No direct patient care required
What You Bring
- Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Active, unrestricted medical license in Florida (required); California license strongly preferred
- Active DEA registration in Florida; California DEA preferred
- Membership in AMDA (Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association)
- Certification in Functional Medicine from an accredited institution (preferred, not required)
- Comfort working in a fully remote, fast-paced telehealth environment
