We specialize in reconstruction following water, fire, mold, and storm damage, along with remodeling and exterior restoration projects.
We're looking for a Reconstruction Project Manager who can confidently lead projects from the completion of mitigation through final walkthrough. This role combines construction expertise, project management, customer communication, and financial accountability to ensure every project is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

What You'll Do
Project Management
- Manage reconstruction projects from demolition completion through final walkthrough
- Oversee residential and light commercial reconstruction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house crews
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Order materials and coordinate deliveries
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Perform quality control inspections throughout construction
- Conduct final project walkthroughs with customers
Restoration & Construction
- Water damage reconstruction
- Fire damage reconstruction
- Mold reconstruction
- Storm damage repairs
- Roofing
- Siding
- Vehicle impact repairs
- Remodeling and renovation projects
Customer Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout reconstruction
- Explain project scope, timelines, and expectations
- Provide regular project updates
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Build confidence through excellent communication
Financial & Administrative
- Read and understand Xactimate estimates
- Identify supplements and change orders
- Work with estimators to ensure field conditions match approved scopes
- Protect project profitability
- Complete project documentation
- Close projects promptly for invoicing

Qualifications
Required
- Customer sales or account management experience
- Construction project management experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously (10-20)
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners
- Ability to read construction plans and estimates
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Preferred
- Restoration industry experience
- Xactimate experience
- Insurance restoration knowledge
- Remodeling experience

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 (based on experience)
Commission: Quarterly commission
- Commission based on project performance, profitability (by job and company), and closed work
