Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential or commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing items efficiently.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, polishing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
- Conduct detailed sanitation procedures in bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure hygiene compliance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests promptly and professionally while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
- Manage janitorial tasks including waste disposal, replenishing supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is properly maintained.
- Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or supervising other team members when needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work, or hotel housekeeping roles.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and sanitation practices.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of laundry procedures and handling various cleaning supplies safely.
- Experience with janitorial equipment and commercial cleaning tools is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and bending frequently.
- Previous housekeeping management experience is a plus but not required.
