About Honeybee Health
Honeybee Health is a high-tech, mail-order pharmacy licensed to ship medications to all 50 states. We are a B2B pharmacy powering the backend fulfillment for some of the fastest-growing telemedicine companies, reproductive health clinics, and veterinary practices in the country. With over 100 active partner integrations, we sit at the intersection of healthcare and technology — and we're building the team to match.
The Role
We're looking for a driven, pharmacy-savvy Account Manager to own and grow relationships with our existing partner accounts. You'll be the primary revenue advocate for our customers inside Honeybee Health — deeply understanding their workflows, surfacing friction early, and proactively identifying opportunities to expand the services we provide. This is not a reactive support role; it's a commercially focused, growth-oriented position for someone who can speak fluently with both clinical teams and technical integrators. You will report directly to the VP of Partnerships.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of B2B partners — telemedicine platforms, reproductive clinics, and veterinary organizations
- Own the full partner lifecycle: from onboarding new services and driving adoption, through to renewal and expansion
- Proactively monitor account health scores, usage signals, and engagement data to identify at-risk accounts and intervene before issues escalate
- Build and manage an expansion pipeline within your account portfolio — independently identifying, qualifying, and closing upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business model, patient population, and growth roadmap to uncover tailored expansion opportunities
- Lead regular business reviews (QBRs) and executive check-ins with key stakeholders at partner organizations
- Serve as the Voice of the Customer internally — translating partner feedback into prioritized product, operations, and integration improvements for internal teams
- Collaborate cross-functionally with pharmacy operations, integrations, and clinical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and rapid issue resolution
- Maintain accurate account data, health scores, pipeline activity, and forecasting in CRM tools
How We Measure Success
This role is a revenue function. You will be evaluated on:
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR) across your account portfolio
- Expansion ARR generated from upsell and cross-sell activity
- Account health scores and proactive churn prevention
- QBR completion rate and executive stakeholder engagement
- Partner onboarding time-to-value for new services
What You Bring
- 3–6 years of experience in account management, customer success, or inside sales — ideally in pharmacy, healthtech, or a related healthcare B2B environment
- Solid understanding of pharmacy operations, including specialty medications, prior authorization workflows, or mail-order fulfillment
- Comfort navigating technical conversations — you don't need to be an engineer, but you can hold your own when discussing API integrations, fulfillment workflows, or platform configurations
- Proven track record of retaining and growing accounts through consultative selling and relationship-building — including independently closing expansion deals
- Experience owning an expansion pipeline with measurable NRR or upsell targets
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and in executive-level presentations
- Self-motivated and highly organized; you thrive in a remote, fast-moving environment
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and familiarity with account health or CS tooling (Gainsight, ChurnZero, or similar)
Bonus Points
- Background working with or inside a compounding pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, or PBM
- Experience supporting telemedicine, fertility, or veterinary health partners
- Familiarity with pharmacy regulatory environments across multiple states
- Prior experience at a high-growth startup or healthtech company
- Exposure to usage-based or consumption pricing models and the expansion mechanics that go with them
What We Offer
- Competitive base salary ($70,000–$90,000) + performance-based variable compensation tied to NRR and expansion targets (OTE $85,000–$120,000)
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits
- 401(k) with company match
- Home office stipend and annual learning & development budget
- 100% remote flexibility with a collaborative, mission-driven team
- A direct seat at the table with the VP of Partnerships — real influence over how Honeybee Health grows with its partners
- The opportunity to shape how pharmacy-technology partnerships are built at scale across 50 states
