Position Summary
We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a day shift position in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care environment. This role involves providing direct patient care to residents with medical, dementia, and behavioral health needs.
Ideal candidates are reliable, team-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced nursing home or rehab settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care / resident care (ADLs): bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding

Assist with transfers, mobility, and fall prevention

Respond to call lights and patient needs promptly

Support residents with dementia care and behavioral health needs

Maintain infection control standards and resident safety

Document care and report changes in condition to nurse (RN/LPN)

Work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility (SNF)

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
