The Role: Unlimited Earning Potential
As a Flooring Sales Rep, you'll be the face of EZ Floorz—meeting clients, understanding their vision, estimating projects, closing deals, and building relationships that turn into repeat business.
Your day includes:
- Prospecting new clients and opportunities
- Scheduling meetings, running estimates, and closing sales
- Building and maintaining strong relationships (B2B and residential)
- Delivering exceptional customer service that creates raving fans
- Deepening your product knowledge and technical expertise
- Representing EZ Floorz at events and trade shows
This is a commission-based role. You'll earn a temporary guaranteed income while you ramp up, then it's unlimited upside. The better you perform, the more you earn. Period. We want winners—and we pay winners.

You need to bring:
- Sales experience (required)
- Excellent communication skills – verbal and written

Preferred: Building trades experience
Required: High school diploma
