Ahualoa Family Farms, based in Honokaʻa on Hawaiʻi Island, is looking for a dependable, hardworking Farm & Facilities Technician to help maintain our farm, factory, and retail facilities.
This is a hands-on position where no two days are the same. One day you may be pruning coffee trees, mowing orchards, or maintaining equipment on the farm. The next day you could be servicing processing equipment, driving a forklift, delivering materials to our kitchen, or helping keep our facilities clean, organized, and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Maintain macadamia, coffee, and fruit orchards
- Assist with coffee harvesting and processing
- Perform landscaping, mowing, pruning, and weed control
- Operate tractors, forklifts, trailers, and other equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Maintain the farm, factory, and Nuthouse facilities
- Participate in scheduled factory cleaning and sanitation
- Transport materials and products between facilities
- Follow all safety, food safety, and company procedures
- Other duties and projects as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic repairs
- Comfortable working outdoors in sun, heat, rain, and uneven terrain
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Forklift, farm equipment, construction, landscaping, or maintenance experience is a plus
- Coffee, orchard, or agricultural experience is a plus
Salary: $17.00-$20.00/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule
- Full-time position
- Monday through Friday, with occasional seasonal or weekend work during coffee harvest or special projects.
