This position mainly consists of assisting retail customers with their selection of baked goods, using the POS system to ring them up, and taking special orders. This position requires weekend availability.
*Income for this position is tip based and consistent with the figure mentioned in the job posting. Starting hourly rate is $11.00 + cash tips (equate to an average of $18-$20 per hour).

Job Responsibilities:
- Greet customers entering the bakery
- Assisting customers in the selection of bread, pastries and other Crust products
- Package baked goods and other items purchased by customers
- Answering any product or process-related questions customers may have
- Ordering and fulfilling special orders for cakes and other confections
- Accurately ring up items in the POS system
- Handle cash and credit transactions
- Provide friendly customer service
- Prepare coffee, tea and other beverages offered through Crust
Requirements:
- No experience required but previous experience in a related industry or in a fast paced customer service environment (such as barista, customer service or bakery) is helpful throughout the training process
- Cash handling or POS system experience is preferred
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize; especially while busy
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have unrestricted weekend and holiday availability
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of shifts
