Overview:
The Lawn Care Specialist / Route Manager is a full time employment opportunity. The primary responsibilities include Fertilizer, Weed and Insect Control applications to residential clients. Each Route Manager has a defined service territory and customer base. The Route Manager is responsible for the timely servicing of all clients in that territory, as well as addressing any customer services needs of those clients before, during and after service applications.

Requirements:
Previous industry experience preferred but not required (ODA licensed applicants will be given priority)
Strong customer service skills
Strong problem solving skills
Self motivated / empowered
Clean appearance
Ablility to lift 50 lbs
Clean driving record
Ability to pass drug screen
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
