Member Duties : CHCM members serve approximately 40 hours per week in a full-time capacity from September 14 to July 30, 2027. Each member is placed with a local Montana organization—such as a nonprofit, tribal program, or community coalition—and works on projects grounded in local health needs. Members in resource navigation roles will help communities better connect to services, support systems, and practical resources. Projects may include supporting elder outreach and resource connections, and helping improve behavioral health system tools and workflows. Members may assist with outreach, applications, resource guides, partner coordination, data tracking, and communication systems that make services easier to access and sustain. This opportunity offers hands-on experience in resource navigation, community outreach, service coordination, partner communication, and practical support for individuals and families.
