What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate, high-quality, Christian-centered therapy to individuals, couples, and families (in person and via telehealth)
- Respond effectively to a wide range of clinical needs, including crisis situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners and referral sources
- Manage your own schedule while meeting clinical and organizational expectations
- Maintain licensure, ethical standards, and insurance credentialing (with agency support)
- Participate in quarterly staff meetings and ministry collaboration
What You Bring
- Master’s or doctoral degree in a mental health–related field
- Independent licensure in Iowa or Nebraska (LISW, LMHC, or LMFT)
- Ability to serve diverse populations with compassion and professionalism
- Strong self-motivation, organization, and time-management skills
- A sincere desire to practice in a Christian, faith-based counseling environment

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
