Hospitality Team Member (Days)
Chick-fil-A York Road & Hunt Valley are high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurants serving the Cockeysville, Lutherville-Timonium & Hunt Valley communities. We are looking for new Team Members for Hospitality/Customer Service positions who have a positive attitude and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to multitask and interact with customers in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description and Duties
A Chick-fil-A team member performs guest service duties including greeting customers, taking customer orders, and completing transactions on the cash register. Additional team member duties include drive-thru order taking, operating the drive-thru window, meal delivery, dining room hospitality, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean store environment. Drive-Thru order taking is a task performed year round, and will include periods in cold, heat and other inclement weather. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Ideal Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills.

Requirements

Must be 18+ years old

Must have reliable transportation

Must work Saturdays

Experience in food service strongly preferred

Must be able to operate a computerized cash register, handle money and complete transactions accurately

Must have excellent communication, decision making, and leadership skills

Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service

Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own

Must be able to work on your feet for at least 5 hours

Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Compensation
This part time position offers compensation $16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional Chick-fil-A job perks may include restaurant discounts and scholarship opportunities.
