Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support daily accounting and administrative operations. This role will assist with accounts payable processing, payroll time entry, accounts receivable invoice creation, and a variety of general office responsibilities to support the overall efficiency of the business.
The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, professional, and capable of handling confidential information while working in a fast-paced environment.

Enter and process Accounts Payable (AP) invoices accurately and timely.

Create and distribute Accounts Receivable (AR) invoices.

Perform employee time entry and assist with payroll preparation activities.

Maintain organized financial and administrative records.

Assist with filing, scanning, and document management.

Support reconciliation of invoices and purchase orders as needed.

Respond to internal and external administrative inquiries professionally.

Assist with general office operations and clerical tasks.

Support scheduling, correspondence, and data entry activities.

Maintain office supplies and coordinate ordering when needed.

Perform other miscellaneous duties and special projects as assigned by the Business Manager.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Associate degree or administrative/accounting coursework preferred.

Previous administrative, bookkeeping, or office support experience preferred.

Basic understanding of AP/AR processes and payroll support functions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.

Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.
