We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our growing mobile therapy team, providing one-on-one occupational therapy services in patients’ homes throughout the DMV area.
This is a flexible, PRN/per-visit opportunity for clinicians looking to supplement their current position, take on additional patients, or build a larger mobile caseload. Clinicians can accept patient visits based on their availability and preferred service area.

Responsibilities
Occupational Therapists (OTs):
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop individualized plans of care based on patient needs and functional goals
- Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions
- Address activities of daily living, mobility, safety, strength, coordination, and functional independence as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Oversee and coordinate care with COTAs when applicable
- Complete required clinical documentation
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs):
- Provide occupational therapy treatment under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement established plans of care
- Assist patients with improving functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Communicate relevant patient updates to the supervising OT
- Complete required clinical documentation
All Clinicians:
- Travel to patients within your selected service area
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Communicate professionally with patients, caregivers, and members of the care team
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the home environment
Qualifications
- Active OT or COTA license in the applicable state/jurisdiction
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to patients
- Current CPR/BLS certification, as applicable
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently in a mobile care environment
Compensation & Scheduling
This opportunity utilizes a per-patient/per-visit compensation model. Compensation varies based on clinician type and visit type and will be discussed with qualified candidates during the interview process.
Clinicians have flexibility to accept patient visits based on their availability and preferred service area.
