Our 138bed inpatient hospital and outpatient programs serve adolescents and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and chemical dependency needs. About the Role
As a Dietary Aide, you'll support our kitchen operations by preparing, organizing, and serving meals that meet a variety of dietary guidelines. You'll help ensure our patients, visitors, and staff receive safe, nutritious, and wellpresented meals every day.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work environment

Prepare, portion, and serve meals on tray lines with accuracy

Label, date, store, and rotate food items according to safety standards

Receive, check, and properly store food and supply deliveries

Monitor and document food and refrigeration temperatures

Follow all dietary, safety, and quality control guidelines

Assist the Cook with special meal requests and catered functions
SkillsQualifications

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills

Ability to prepare appropriate quantities of food for each meal service

Knowledge of safe food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

Flexibility to assist with various cooking and prep tasks

Reliability, teamwork, and a positive, professional attitude
Minimum Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred

Must be at least 21 years old

Current negative TB test or medical clearance
-
Must meet fingerprint clearance requirements
