Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT), where you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. This position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in clients' lives by implementing evidence-based interventions, supporting skill development, and fostering positive behavior change.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clinic and as needed, in-home
- Collect and record accurate data on client progress
- Assist in skill acquisition (communication, social, and daily living skills)
- Support behavior reduction strategies using ABA principles
- Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors
- Attend required training and supervision sessions
Qualifications
For RBT Applicants:
- Active RBT certification or willing to get certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must pass a criminal background check and abuse registry check
- Bilingual (e.g., Spanish, Russian, or other languages) preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
