Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Preventative Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of production equipment, facility infrastructure, warehouse systems, and other equipment to identify potential issues early.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, and replacing parts on machines and mechanical systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to restore functionality swiftly.
- Assist with facility needs to ensure optimal climate control and safe working environment.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize tasks, improve maintenance procedures, and ensure safety compliance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a team player with mechanical aptitude.
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing, mechanics, equipment repair, or preventative maintenance across various mechanical systems.
- Knowledge of building systems is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues using common sense and work instructions.
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting issues clearly and following safety protocols diligently.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
