Who We’re Looking For
You should understand book hours, work efficiently and be comfortable with regular maintenance and repair work. Certifications, advanced diagnostics and complicated mechanical ability are strong advantages.
More importantly, you should have high energy, high integrity and high intelligence. You should want to learn, teach, help your teammates and continue growing.
You do not need to hate your current job. You may already be doing well and simply know you are capable of more.
