Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Woodworking Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain woodworking equipment, including panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and drilling equipment, while ensuring quality workmanship, safe operation, and efficient production. This is a full-time, hands-on position in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities
· Operate woodworking machines such as panel saws, edge banders, CNC machines, and drilling equipment.
· Set up machines and adjust settings based on production requirements. Read and follow work orders and cut lists.
· Measure and inspect materials to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on machines.
· Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
· Work closely with the production team to meet production goals and deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Experience operating machinery in manufacturing or woodworking preferred.
· Basic understanding of measurements and ability to read a tape measure.
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and instructions.
· Strong attention to detail and quality control.
· Good communication skills; English required for safety and coordination.
· Bilingual candidates are a plus.
· Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
Additional Requirements
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
· Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
· Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Preferred
· 3–5 years of experience in cabinet or furniture manufacturing.
· Experience with CNC machines and woodworking equipment.
· Familiarity with production processes and quality standards.
