Responsibilities
- Handle new account kick-off meetings and ensure a smooth transition from sales to product management.
- Build a strong understanding of the client's business to enable effective service delivery.
- Plan and manage deployment timelines.
- Drive in-house execution efficiently and effectively.
- Synthesize feedback, data, and company goals into a clear, high-quality product roadmap.
- Define, measure, and share critical metrics to track product success in the market.
- Partner with design, engineering, and operations to scope and build features that solve problems and create new opportunities.
- Baseline and track product usage and business impact regularly, recommending strategies for improvement.
- Partner with Business Heads on feature-related project priorities, milestones, and delivery dates.
Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience combining deep technical knowledge with a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills; able to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of data management principles and practices.
- Able to articulate complex data concepts clearly and communicate business implications to leadership and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams; working knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Zoho, or Zendesk.
- Working knowledge of APIs is a must.
- Comfortable working with a globally dispersed team; highly self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicator, able to present product plans, benefits, and results to audiences ranging from internal stakeholders to customers.
- Good grasp of technology with the ability to switch into a business mindset when needed.
- Experience in credit or lending is a plus.
Pay: $102,758.66 - $123,752.36 per year
