Job Overview
We are currently hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential homes.
No experience is required — we provide training. We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
Pay is based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with laundry duties (washing, drying, folding, organizing linens)
- Complete basic floor care such as sweeping and maintaining clean surfaces
- Help keep residential homes clean, organized, and welcoming
- Maintain proper sanitation standards for a healthy environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and respond to requests as needed
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to get to work
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and good work ethic
- Friendly attitude and good customer service skills
- Willingness to learn (training provided)
- Spanish or English speaking (bilingual is a plus)
