Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Operations Coordinator to support daily operations for an established shipping, packaging, freight, and business services location.
This role combines customer service, shipping coordination, administrative support, and operational organization. The ideal candidate enjoys working with customers, solving problems, coordinating shipments, and helping maintain smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with shipping, packaging, and business service requests
- Coordinate shipping and freight quotes
- Support daily store operations and workflow management
- Respond to customer calls and emails
- Coordinate with shipping carriers and service providers
- Assist with mailbox and business service operations
- Help package and prepare shipments
- Support administrative tasks and store organization
- Help maintain excellent customer service standards
Preferred Experience
- Customer service experience
- Shipping, logistics, freight, packaging, mailbox, print, or retail operations experience preferred
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, freight coordination, or shipping software is a plus
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer and administrative experience
Schedule
- Full-time position
- Weekend availability may occasionally be required
Compensation
- Hourly pay based on experience

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
