Are you an organized, people-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Thrive on Skidaway is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to serve as a key member of our leadership support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative operations, recruiting support, customer service, and creating exceptional experiences for residents, families, visitors, and team members.
As the first point of contact for our community, you will play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting hiring, onboarding, compliance, and front desk management.
## What You'll Do
### Front Desk & Resident Services

Welcome and assist residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and prospective residents.

Manage visitor signin and signout procedures.

Provide exceptional customer service and respond professionally to inquiries.

Maintain a warm, professional, and hospitalityfocused atmosphere at the front desk.
### Recruitment & Onboarding Support

Post job openings and assist with recruiting efforts.

Conduct candidate prescreening and schedule interviews.
-
Coordinate new hire paperwork and onboarding documentation.

Assist with orientation and ensure a positive onboarding experience for new team members.
### Administrative & Compliance Support

Support the Business Office Director with daily administrative functions.

Track employee training requirements, certifications, CPR renewals, and compliance deadlines.

Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
-
Monitor credential expiration dates and assist team members with timely renewals.

Prepare reports, maintain databases, and ensure documentation remains organized and compliant.
### Front Desk Operations

Assist with scheduling and coordinating front desk coverage.

Help ensure adequate staffing and seamless daily operations.

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and resident satisfaction.
## What We're Looking For
### Qualifications

Previous administrative, office management, recruiting, human resources, hospitality, healthcare, or senior living experience preferred.

Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.

Detailoriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize competing responsibilities.
