Manage key HR processes, including employee relations, compliance, and talent development.
Coach supervisors/managers on their communication, feedback, recognition, and performance expectations with direct reports.
Handles and attends employee relations counseling, disciplinary process, terminations, and exit interviewing for assigned area.
Partner with leadership to address concerns, foster communication, and drive performance.
Provide guidance on benefits, leave management, and workplace safety.
Stay current on HR trends, ensuring compliance and introducing best practices.
Lead training sessions and initiatives that promote growth and engagement
Ability to take initiative and be self-motivated, creative, and able to perform duties with minimal direction and supervision.
