Majestic Plastics is employee owned and seeking a motivated and hands-on Production Supervisor to join our growing manufacturing team in Bellefontaine, Ohio. This is an opportunity to lead people, drive production performance, and work for a stable company that values its team members. Pay: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
3rd Shift – 11:30pm to 8:00am
What You'll Do:

Lead and support production employees on the manufacturing floor

Drive safety, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations

Monitor daily production schedules and staffing needs

Troubleshoot production and personnel issues

Train and develop team members

Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and management teams

Maintain a positive and accountable work environment

Help improve efficiency and workflow throughout the shift
What We're Looking For:

Previous manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to lead by example on the production floor

Dependable and organized

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Injection molding or plastics experience is helpful, but not required
