Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Aesthetic Injector to join our innovative med spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other non-invasive procedures that enhance our clients’ natural beauty and boost their confidence. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued, informed, and inspired to achieve their aesthetic goals. Duties
- Perform a variety of aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and other non-surgical cosmetic services with precision and care.
- Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic desires, assess their suitability for treatments, and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, aftercare procedures, and potential risks to ensure informed decision-making.
- Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and state regulations.
- Manage client records efficiently using advanced salon software appointments, and progress.
- Assist with product demonstrations and upselling skincare products or treatment packages to enhance client results and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members on social media management efforts to promote services and engage with the community online.
Qualifications
- Valid state of Florida nursing license required APRN DO MD; additional certifications in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers strongly preferred.
- Russian or Spanish speaking is a plus must speak English
- Strong management skills to coordinate appointments efficiently using salon management software.
- Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and aftercare instructions.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high sanitation standards.
- Experience with retail sales techniques for skincare products and treatment packages.
Pay: $50.00 - $75.00 per hour
