We are seeking a motivated and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our growing team.
Position Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, scheduling service appointments, assisting customers with their needs, and helping ensure our technicians' schedules remain productive and efficient.
The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being part of a collaborative team.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
- Schedule plumbing, heating, and air conditioning service appointments
- Make outbound calls to follow up on estimates, maintenance opportunities, and customer inquiries
- Accurately collect and document customer information
- Coordinate with dispatch and technicians regarding customer needs and scheduling
- Assist customers with financing information, membership inquiries, and general questions
- Maintain detailed customer records within company software systems
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every interaction
Qualifications
- Previous customer service, call center, administrative, or scheduling experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and learning new software systems
- Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Full-time
- Monday through Friday
- 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
