We are seeking a detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC Swiss machines and take ownership of quality throughout the production process, ensuring every part meets our exacting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC Swiss machines to produce precision-machined components
- Monitor and inspect parts to maintain consistent quality standards
- Perform basic math calculations to verify measurements and specifications
- Follow production schedules and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC Swiss machines preferred
- Solid basic math skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits:
Starting pay is based on experience, with this position paying up to $28.00/hr.
