Business Development Representative
Lucky's Auto Credit–one of the fastest growing subprime dealers in Utah–is looking for a motivated self-starter to work in our Marketing Department. With hourly pay & uncapped commissions, the only limit to how much can be earned is your work ethic. Responsibilities include managing incoming leads, setting and confirming appointments, and providing general customer service. This position is primarily on the phone in a call-center setting and environment.
Position Type: Full-Time (40 Hours/Week)
Work Schedule: Monday, Wednesday-Saturday: 9:00AM – 6:00PM (Tuesday & Sundays off)
Wage: $15.00/Hour + Uncapped Commission ($25.00/Sale, $5.00/Apt. Shows Up)
**Guaranteed $20 hourly during first 90 days, we foresee employees being able to make this or greater with their bonuses after first 90 days**
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Professional communication skills
· Proficient with basic computer functions and email
· Basic phone skills
· Able to work full time hours (40 per week) and Saturdays
· Be self-motivated and be able to maintain productivity without detailed direction
· Have reliable transportation
· Detail oriented and be able to change tasks quickly
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage and respond to incoming leads using all mediums of communication
· Engage inbound email, text and phone opportunities in dialog by following our established follow up processes, call guides, and perform all other steps in accordance with company policies
· Overcome objections and schedule appointments
· Confirm appointments and complete all related follow up tasks through CRM
· Utilize the CRM system daily to handle new and ongoing inbound email, text and phone opportunities
· Communicate Lucky’s Auto Credit’s policies and provide general customer service online, on the phone and in person
· Create good public relations consistent with effective use of time
· Contact customers after sale to ensure satisfaction
· Report to Marketing Manager regarding objectives, completed sales steps and goals
· Represent dealership in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws which govern retail automotive sales
· Sustain a positive and optimistic attitude
· Help customers fill out application
· Assist Sales Representatives
