Pay Range Depends on Level of Experience. We are seeking a skilled automotive window tint and paint protection film installer with a minimum of 2 years of experience. Hired candidates may be subject to background checks and drug testing as a condition of employment. These checks are conducted to maintain a safe and secure work environment for all employees and to comply with company policies and legal requirements. QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have experience using a plotter to cut window film and small template paint protection -Door Edge Guards/ Door Cups.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, strong work ethic, professional appearance, and a positive attitude. Must have the ability to work well independently as well as part of a team with willingness to learn and grow within the company. Advanced training will be available at no cost to the employee.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Perform window tint and paint protection door edge guard & door cup installation on vehicles with precision and efficiency. Ensure all installations meet company and industry standards Train and mentor junior window tint installers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Duties
- Precisely measure and cut window tint films using manual glass cutting techniques to ensure perfect fitment on diverse vehicle models
- Install window tint films with attention to detail, ensuring smooth, bubble-free finishes and secure adhesion
- Operate power tools safely for trimming, fitting, and finishing tint applications while adhering to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper handling of glass materials and tools for efficient workflow
Pay: $1,100.00 - $1,800.00 per week
