Responsibilities
- Clean residential windows using professional tools and techniques to achieve streak-free results.
- Safely operate equipment such as squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders when necessary for higher or hard-to-reach windows.
- Prepare work areas by setting up protective coverings and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of windows before and after cleaning to ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment, performing routine maintenance as needed.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners to understand specific cleaning needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Follow all safety guidelines related to working at heights, using ladders or lifts, and handling cleaning chemicals responsibly.
Qualifications
- An SUV or truck; not required but would be very helpful.
- Prior experience in cleaning is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidates.
- Ability to work safely at heights using ladders
- Ability to be on roofs comfortably
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Excellent physical stamina and mobility to perform repetitive tasks including climbing ladders and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Good communication and sales skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Reliable transportation to travel between residential locations as needed.
- Required to work one weekend day and have availability at least 3-4 days a week.
