As Sales Lead, you will own our most strategic commercial relationships in the U.S. market.
This role sits at the center of our growth — working directly with company leadership to structure and close large-scale infrastructure agreements that support next-generation AI systems. These are long-horizon, high-stakes engagements that require judgment, clarity, and the ability to operate across technical, financial, and executive contexts.
You’ll work closely with teams across engineering, finance, legal, and operations to bring complex infrastructure deployments from first conversation through execution.
Build trusted, long-term relationships with founders and executive teams at leading AI organizations
Own the full commercial lifecycle — from initial engagement through contract execution and deployment
Lead complex negotiations involving technical, operational, and financial stakeholders
Partner closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to structure large infrastructure agreements
Translate customer needs into internal planning inputs for capacity, pricing, and deployment strategy
Develop sales materials, processes, and deal structures as needed — often under tight timelines
Experience closing large, complex deals ($20M+), ideally in infrastructure, cloud, or technical environments
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to engage credibly with engineering teams
Comfort operating with senior executives making high-impact, long-term decisions
High ownership mindset — you take responsibility for outcomes, not just activity
Clear communicator with strong judgment in ambiguous, high-pressure situations
Existing relationships within AI labs, model developers, or adjacent frontier organizations are a plus

Up to 20% travel for conferences, company site meetings, and datacenter visits
