Job Summary
StretchLab Sand Creek in Brentwood, CA is seeking passionate health and wellness professionals to join our team. If you have a background in kinesiology, sports science, personal training, yoga, Pilates, dance, physical therapy, massage therapy, or chiropractic care, we'd love to hear from you. As a Flexologist™, you'll provide one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and receive certification through StretchLab's proprietary Flexologist™ Training Program (FTP), the first nationally accredited assisted stretching program in the United States, accredited by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence (ICE). Responsibilities
· Deliver best-in-class member care through one-on-one assisted stretching sessions
· Partner with members in their wellness journey by developing a personalized program to achieve their mobility, range of motion, and flexibility goals
· Encourage, motivate, and educate members on proper stretching techniques
· Ensure members are scheduled for future appointments, and comprehensive notes are entered in member’s profile after each session
· Enforce StretchLab policies and safety procedures
· Attend staff meetings, trainings, and required educational presentations to keep knowledge current on industry standards and relevant continuing education
· Ensure all studio stretching equipment are properly sanitized and stowed away
· Assist with studio tours, pop-ups, demos, and other community events/promotions
· Support the studio’s social media initiatives by contributing creative content ideas and participating in the development of engaging posts and promotional materials.
