Commonwealth Partners works alongside nationally recognized nonprofit organizations to strengthen community awareness, expand outreach, and build lasting relationships throughout Nashville. We're currently seeking a Customer Engagement Team Member to help represent our nonprofit partners through live outreach campaigns, community events, and public engagement initiatives.
As a Customer Engagement Team Member, you'll interact directly with customers, share information about nonprofit programs and initiatives, and support promotions that help increase visibility throughout the community. Every Customer Engagement Team Member plays an important role in helping nonprofit organizations build stronger connections with the people they serve.
As a Customer Engagement Team Member, you can expect to:
- Speak directly with customers during community outreach initiatives and public engagement events
- Represent nonprofit campaigns professionally while supporting awareness-building promotions
- Share information about nonprofit missions, programs, and community impact initiatives
- Build positive relationships with customers through engaging and informative conversations
- Participate in promotions designed to strengthen community awareness and increase engagement
- Support fundraising and outreach efforts through customer interaction and relationship-building
- Track outreach activity, customer engagement, and promotional performance
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Engagement Team Member team members during events, promotions, and outreach campaigns
What we’re looking for in a Customer Engagement Team Member:
- Background in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, fundraising, community outreach, or other customer-facing environments is helpful but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly
- Organized and able to manage multiple interactions effectively
- Interest in community outreach, fundraising, nonprofit engagement, or promotions
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply!

Pay: $600.00 - $950.00 per week
