Insurance experience is a plus (but we can train the right person)

Salary Range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Requirements

Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience to fulfill client-focused responsibilities
Ability to assess and maintain high standards of Customer Satisfaction
Proficient in managing relationships and delivering excellent Customer Service as a Customer Service Representative
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Basic understanding of insurance and financial products is preferred but not required.
Multi-lingual skills (e.g., English, Farsi, Cantonese, Mandarin, Spanish) are a significant advantage
Ability to work on-site at our San Jose, CA office
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

Assist clients with policy questions and service requests
Issue Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
Process endorsements and policy changes
Support our account managers and sales team
Provide excellent client experience
