Summary
'We are seeking experienced Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to join our compassionate team in <LOCATION>. As a PCA caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients’ daily activities and well-being, ensuring they receive the respectful and attentive care they deserve. Responsibilities
'• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers using equipment like Hoyer lifts.
- Support medication management and monitor vital signs.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
- Follow care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
- Document care provided accurately using electronic medical records systems.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients at all times.'
Qualifications
'• Proven experience as a Personal Care Assistant or similar role in home health or assisted living settings.
- Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and medication administration.
- Experience caring for seniors or individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs.
- Compassionate attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to travel between client locations.'},{
