Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and networking events
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify insurance requirements and recommend suitable policies
- Prepare and present quotes to clients, highlighting the benefits and coverage options
- Follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into clients
- Ensure accurate and efficient documentation of policies and client information
- Collaborate with the agency team to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business
Qualifications:
- Sales experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Demonstrated drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Willingness to obtain property and casualty and life and health licenses
