Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roustabout to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various operations on oil rigs and construction sites, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. having water transfer / frac experience is a huge plus.
Workers are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and maintaining temporary water lines, hoses, and pumps to transport massive volumes of water to and from drilling and hydraulic fracturing sites.
- Equipment Setup & Rigging: Laying, clamping, and picking up poly lines and lay-flat hoses. Setting up and servicing pumps, generators, and manifolds.
- System Monitoring: Watching gauges, tank levels, and machine operations to ensure a continuous and safe flow of water.
- Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Constantly inspecting lines for leaks, tightening connections, and troubleshooting mechanical pump issues.
- Safety & Compliance: Performing hazard assessments (e.g., Job Safety Analyses), utilizing required PPE, and assisting with environmental spill containment.
- Site Coordination: Acting as a traffic spotter for trucks, and communicating with supervisors or other crew members via radios
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators, cranes, and forklifts as needed.
- Perform rigging tasks to ensure safe lifting and movement of materials.
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Support pipeline installation and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols while working on construction sites.

Experience
- Previous experience working on oil rigs or in the oil & gas industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation, including excavators, cranes, and forklifts is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge related to construction and drilling operations is highly desirable.
- Experience with rigging techniques and safety practices in a construction environment.
- Valid drivers license.
- Water transfer, frac experience a huge plus!
