Overview: We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Fine Jewelry Sales Associate to join our team. As a Fine Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, showcasing our exquisite jewelry collection, and driving sales. If you have a passion for luxury jewelry and enjoy working in a highly professional retail environment, we would love to hear from you. Certified Gemologist Preferred.
Duties:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing fine jewelry pieces
- Provide product knowledge and educate customers on the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Ensure the store and inventory is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Utilize phone etiquette when answering customer inquiries or scheduling appointments
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in luxury retail is preferred
- Ability to work with a high level of professionalism
